We’re excited to host our first International Potluck and Meteor Shower Campout\, combining delicious global cuisines with the awe-inspiring beauty of a meteor shower. This event is a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow adventurers\, share cultural dishes\, and experience the magic of the night sky together. \nTicket Notification: To ensure a safe and organized experience at Camp ACA\, all visitors\, regardless of age\, are required to register and obtain a ticket prior to arrival. This policy allows us to accurately manage attendance\, adhere to safety regulations\, and provide appropriate resources for all participants. By securing your ticket in advance\, you help us maintain a secure environment and contribute to the overall success of our events.  \nIndividual Tickets:  \n\n Adults (21 and over): $35 per person (includes overnight campsite\, gear\, and paddleboard) \n\nFamily Ticket:  \n\n $55 per family (includes overnight campsite\, gear\, and paddleboards for the whole family) \n\nOrganized Event Schedule:  \n\n4:00 PM: Arrival and campsite setup \n5:00 PM: Welcome and introductions \n5:30 PM: International potluck dinner begins \n9:00 PM: Meteor shower viewing and stargazing \n10:00 PM Quiet Time \n\nWhat to Bring:  \n\nPotluck Dish: Please bring a dish that represents your cultural heritage or a favorite international recipe to share. Please include an index card with all ingredients in your dish. \nCamping Gear: Tent\, sleeping bag\, sleeping pad\, and any personal camping equipment you may want\, or use Camp ACA’s – if you don’t have any! \n Your OHV! Bring your ATVs\, Side By Sides\, Razors\, etc for a fun weekend on the trails.\nOutdoor Essentials: Headlamp or flashlight\, reusable water bottle\, appropriate clothing for weather conditions\, and personal hygiene items. \nOptional Items: Musical instruments\, storytelling materials\, binoculars or telescopes for stargazing\, and a camp chair or blanket for seating. \n\nWe Provide:  \n\nFirewood: No need to bring firewood! \nCamping Gear: If you don’t have camping gear\, we can provide anything you may need to make your stay enjoyable. Please contact us beforehand to coordinate. ○ Paddleboards! We have a lake just 10 minutes from our campground. \n\nEvent Guidelines:  \n\nLeave No Trace: We are committed to preserving the natural beauty of our campsite.
