This guided snowshoe clinic is designed to introduce participants of all ages to the basics of snowshoeing\, winter travel\, and staying safe and comfortable in the mountains. \nThis is a family-friendly adventure — kids are encouraged to attend. Camp ACA has a large collection of kid and toddler snowshoes\, making this the perfect way for families to experience their first winter hike together. \nTogether\, we’ll explore the beautiful winter landscape of Idaho Springs while building confidence\, community\, and connection in the outdoors. Snowshoes are available\, and no previous experience is required — just bring warm layers\, winter boots\, and a sense of adventure. \nThis beginner-friendly outing is hosted in partnership with Advocates for Recovery Colorado\, creating a welcoming\, supportive space focused on wellness\, movement\, and time in nature. \nAddress:\n\nCamp Always Choose Adventures – 300 Swamp Angel Lane\, Idaho Springs\, 80452\nStart Time: Sunday\, February 22nd at 10:00 AM\n\nSnowshoes:\n\nSnowshoes and poles are provided to each participant.\n\nTicket Notification:\n\nTo ensure a safe and organized experience at Camp ACA\, all participants — regardless of age — must register and obtain a ticket prior to arrival.
