DESCRIPTION:Help us kick off another amazing season at the first off-grid outdoor education campground in the United States! \nAfter a long winter\, we’re getting camp ready for the 2025 season — and we could use your help! \nWe’re looking for volunteers\, in-kind donations\, and sponsors to join our community and support our mission of outdoor education and adventure for all. \nWhether you’re a longtime supporter or new to Camp ACA\, your energy and effort can make a huge difference. You’ll work side-by-side with our senior ACA volunteers who’ll help guide the day’s tasks. \n🧰 What To Bring:\n\nReusable Water Bottle (we’ll have extra water on site)\nSack Lunch\nWork Gloves\nClothes you don’t mind getting dirty\nSturdy Shoes (work boots\, hiking boots\, or closed-toe shoes)\nBug Spray (we’ll have extra)\nSunscreen (also provided!)\nLight Jacket or Rain Gear — weather can change fast!\n\n🛠 Volunteer Tasks May Include:\n\nCampsite prep & clearing brush\nTree trimming and removal\nFencing repair and installation (upper & lower property)\nMoving & mounting camp signage\nInstalling solar string lights & shade covers\nRoad maintenance (heavy equipment operators appreciated!)\nInstalling safety stations (fire extinguishers\, oxygen\, first aid)\nPrepping recreational zones: playground\, hammock area\, yoga space\nCreative signage & donation bin installation\nGeneral tune-up & seasonal setup\nPlus other odd jobs — all hands are welcome!
